:confused:Hi! This is my first time on a forum and don't even know how to post:) I smoked a pack a day before switching to ego t tank. It's been about a week now and down to 2 or so analogs a day, mainly seem to want one in the morning. It's true that analogs now taste gross and have actually put one out before finishing!!! I'm a cancer survivor, so I'm hopeful e-cigs will help. I already feel like I can breath better with reduced coughing! Plus, it's awesome to "vape" in my office without having to go 3 flights down to sit in my car to smoke!

Same here. This has been the best part of switching to vaping. I sit in my office all day long and don't have to worry about going outside for my next fix!

Of course, I have to be careful that some executive doesn't come by that doesn't understand what I'm doing.

Hi everyone and thank you msh1 for posting! I was hoping there would be a thread started by another long-time lurker. I've been in that category for a year now. Bashful me too, plus feeling like most of my initial questions were already asked here and so learned a lot that way. My husband and I started vaping in April 2010. We started initially because we were getting married and wanted to spend our wedding night in a castle B&B but the rules stipulated no leaving the building after 11 pm. My husband almost didn't want to stay there just so he could smoke! So we got vapes, not really intending to quit. I have now been smoke-free since May 2010 and my husband only has a cig or two a day. I guess I've accumulated some experience to share since then though not even close to some of the vape gurus here. I thank everyone for their contributions and look forward to adding my own. :)
