@steve pearson Hello and Welcome to the forums!!!! Depending on the coil you are using, would decide which nic level you should use. Lower ohms means lower nic mostly all the time. I run 24 mg on a 1.5 ohm or higher as it does not atomize as good as lower ohm. When using Sub ohm coils, most prefer 6 mg or lower. Everyone is different as far as what helps them stay off the stinkies. I can only offer you what worked for me. It took me Unflavored juice 24 mg on a little 1.8 ohm coil @ 7-9 .5 watts in the Emow tank. I did dual use for 3 and a half months before going exclusively to vaping. Hope this helps. Any other questions do not hesitate to ask as many here are willing to help out when ever possible.

hia steve :) I am myself quite a new member so welcome , this site has really helped me and given great advice and support. Im using 18mg nicotine level and this keeps my craving at bay, i was a 20_30 a day habit how many were you smoking a day? i personally think 6mg is rather low nicotine. Ive been vaping 4 weeks tuesday and 18mg nicotine and having a proper device has made it almost easy with no cravings... apart from the odd time i wake up look for my fags and then remember ive quit lol hope you find the right liquid nicotine that suits you and happy vaping xx

It's a 6 mg so far to low .
6mg seems about right while using the .5 ohm coil, you may want to try 12 mg but that would be a bit much and you may get light headed from too much nicotine. You can try it and see if it helps. Or if you are looking for a nice throat hit that many that smoke seem to prefer, you can do a couple of different things. 1. Get a smaller tank with 1.8 ohm coil with 24 mg. 2. stay with what you have and get a juice with higher pg because pg gives you more of a throat hit. It all depends on what you want to do. Those are some suggestions for you to try.
