I'm new to the forum so thought I would just say hi. I have had ecigs before but unfortunately one way or another seemed to get back to analogs, really hope I can keep to it this time as I have Asthma and following a chest infection have been suffering badly with it. I have got myself a Lea innokin ecig which so far seems great Today is just the second day of no analog cigs.

Hope you feel better soon. Welcome to the ECF! Also make sure to look around to see the information about juices or equipment that may work better for you. It takes a while to find the sweet spot but when you do you'll drop the analogs like a bad habit (pun intended).

Hey everyone thanks you for your nice comments and welcome, it is most appreciated. Yes I think I need to try few different juices maybe having a variety will help to keep things interesting. Feeling a bit spaced out right now not sure if its withdrawal from analogs or been over vaping lol

S1m0n, glad you are giving it another go! Please ask for help if you aren't getting what you need from vaping- I stopped after 30+ years of smoking and am so very much better for it- but could not have done it without the advice of people here.

Thanks for all your kind supporting words. I am still getting the urge for an analog but when I do try one it tastes foul compared to the ecig so hopefully that's a good sign. After just 2 days my chest is so much better too.

Thanks I will I am determined this to stick with it. I have to admit I have had a couple of puffs from an analog but strangely it tasted foul I only did it because i felt what seemed to be strong withdrawal i thought it may take that away a little which it actually did. Hoping that soon I will not crave analogs at all.
