Today marks 1 year to the day I gave up my 20 a day habit and have been vaping Hangsen eliquids ever since!

I have a friend who smokes heavily and wants to try e-cigarettes - but she refuses to as she is adversely affected by flavourings/E-numbers and she cannot find a single eliquid supplier who lists all ingredients present in their products.

Does anybody know of a vendor who lists all the E numbers/flavourings that are present in their liquids? I have asked my friend to just try certain flavours and see if she has a reaction, but she is too scared to - she actually has a book with all E numbers in and knows exactly which ones she can withstand and which ones she can't - I'd really like to see her stop smoking but I know she won't even try unless she knows exactly what is in the liquid.

Any help appreciated...

I would suggest that the best most risk free option for your friend would be to vape an unflavoured juice, of course it wont be a tasty vape but she shouldn't have any adverse affects from unflavoured juice if it is the flavouring that she is sensitive to?

I have just had a quick look at a couple of store bought juices I have here and under ingredients for flavouring they both just say food grade flavouring which I think the vast majority of juices will state the same thing.
The only other suggestion I can think of would be to DIY your own juice using flavourings that state the full list of ingredients, but I think this may also be hard to come by to be honest.

I would start with the unflavoured liquid and if your friend is happy then job done but if not you would have to do some digging into different flavouring manufacturers.

Keep an eye on the nicotine strength, unflavoured "base" liquids tend to be quite strong. You could save a lot of cash and make the exact required nicotine strength by mixing your own, it will also be very easy as adding the correct amount of flavour is where the trick lies with DIY.

I would buy some premixed, unflavoured PG/VG (VPG) from LT ecigs and either add a splash of menthol crystals or a flavour that was prepared to publish it's exact ingredients.
