In the US rebuildables tend not to be sold in B&M stores. They’re less profitable because there is less repeat business. You often have to get them online.
That wouldn't happen to be the company you work for would it?
I guess if I get friendly with the people at the physical stores, they might tell me how to get the stuff. But the weather’s been bad these days, so I haven’t gone out.

Generally. In China the internet is weird. Heavy government control. You have an advantage in that you can physically go there though. If you know where a company is based you can just show up. No mail, no internet. Might be quicker than trying to sweet talk a b&m employee to get the same information. Should be able to get a phone number and do the early work from your house.

Honestly, that might actually work. But would big companies even bother with a little regular consumer like me? Classic social anxiety talking.
I just want a decent refillable setup and some legal e-liquid, that’s all... LOL
Usually. You’re a customer. The CEO likely won’t talk to you but the secretary will.
