Hi from California

Hi,
I am originally from Amsterdam, Netherlands and have been living in California for the last 20 years. I've been reading the ECF forums for a while and decided to start some posting here. After a 30 year cigarette addiction I have finally been able to quit thanks to ecigs. Haven't had even a puff since January 4th. I have tried everything before, up to hypnotherapy... It has been an amazing victory over myself. Thank you "vaping"!

I was right there with you, trying to find a bare spot of skin for a patch and still smoking. Ecigs are the only thing that satiates my craving.

Haha sounds so familiar. I would have borderline pneumonia and still smoke... The amazing thing is that cigarettes r still not banned...
