If you have a manual, read it. If you are asking what the different settings are, you are going to probably have a wattage mode (this is straight power, and what many vapers use) a TC mode (used only for temperature control coils, which must be made of specific materials other than kanthal, such as stainless steel and titanium or Nickle, and some vapers use that for a smooth, consistent vape, at that point you would be setting your tank up to a specific temperature that you like (either F or C) and a starting wattage mode to start your TC coil going, and there are often other user modes, depending on the mod.

If you don't have the manual, go ahead and watch some YouTube reviews, they will demonstrate the various features of your mod's control board, even when I read the user manual I usually go ahead and watch some videos as for me, a picture is worth a thousand words.... This should become clear as you go. For now, you can certainly run it on wattage mode, just make sure you aren't increasing your wattages over your coil's highest resistance recommendation (which is usually printed in tiny print on the coil). Stealth mode does kind of explain itself, LOL.
