I am using e-cig for one year. pod mod + mod rta atomizer and here for reading your sharings and learning much about e-cig.

It is an expert question for me I am using e-juice without flavor and i am newbie.
When i want to buy e-juice in Istanbul i use a producer as mix flavor. I can share the link only.
PxyLab You can write and ask about turkish tabbaco flavor. And you can tell about me Mustafa Özkan from ecf-esf. They would help you about this.

@vaper1960 - I don't know if this helps but THE most renowned and prized pipe tobacco in its day was Sobranie Balkan Blend which was a mixture of light and dark tobaccos liberally spiced with smokey Latakia. I wonder if the liquid you love is like this?

However Turkey is basically a Muslim Country and The Prophet said that tobacco should not touch the lips of True Believers so what you may be like may be a fruity mix such as is smoked in a hookah???
