It sounds like it's busted unless you have advanced knowledge of circuitry and/or soldering, or else feel comfortable taking it apart to see if it will dry. Otherwise, I agree with @BrotherBob that based on the details provided, your best bet is to try and see if the vendor will replace or repair it. Being that the manufacturer is a Chinese company, I don't think that will net anything helpful. So yeah, I'd talk to the place you bought it from or go to a vape shop if there are any where you are. Otherwise, you might be looking into getting a new device.

I hope you have something else to use, and if not, this is as good a place as any to remind everyone to have backups to their backups (to their backups).

For everyone else, here is the post in question.

Hello guys,
since yesterday afternoon I have a problem with my mini Joyetech EVIC vtc
in practice yesterday afternoon, I realized that my mini vtc had wet liquid,
yesterday will not light, I dismounted and I kept disassembled all night, but nothing has changed, connecting it to the PC and pressing the right button on the box is recognized by the PC, and tried to flash a new firmware, when I access the "update firmware" program is recognized by the pC, but brings me firmware version 0.00, even after various flash nothing has changed, the box is recognized but the software version remains 0:00 can someone help me? thank you so much
