I wanna start in this world of ecigs and i don't know where begin.
In my country ecigs are very expensive.
I'm thinking about building my own cigarette with china parts or from another country to send to Brazil.

I can't help you with your question, but most of us buy these things cheaply from China based chops like Gearbest and fasttech, perhaps that's an option for you as well?

Building your own is certainly possible but you wouldn't save much money. We generally suggest beginners start with a regulated device. That means one that has a circuit board that regulates the power and has built in safety features. They are also more flexible, in that, you can control the amount of power being sent to the atomizer. Non regulated devices can be dangerous if you don't know what you are doing.
