Hi. Having a problem with SMOK V-Fin

I plugged in my V-Fin in to charge. It got to 66% and stopped. Now it won't even turn on. Any ideas?

local B&M vape shop (Visit)/someone who knows what their doing -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).

The shop/site where you bought it will be the fastest resolution, Smok support is usually woeful, in the order of months to reply to an email...im still waiting for a reply to a mod issue i had 9 months ago...i got rid of it a month after i didnt hear from them....

I agree with everyone else and say take it back and get something else. Smok products are not that good, there are much better options for the same price range.
