I haven't much as of late (through no fault of the vendor) but I've placed several orders through them in the past without issue. As someone suggested, cruise through the vendor forums (and specific subforums) and see what sort of things customers are saying about them.

Wow thank you everybody. This info was the most helpful. I find no complains with this vendor except late deliveries but im more than sure that every vendor had some issues with shipping.

I've always gotten my orders in 2-3 days with no problems. Not to mention they have some pretty good prices on cartos in my opinion.
