Hi i have wenax q and i cannot use it because of the no pod bug how can i fix it (yes i tried getting a new pod but it doesn't work)
Do a Google search for.....Wenax Q pod bug. There are options there for you to try, to hopefully fix it.
There are a whole bunch of reasons I prefer rebuildables with 510s to pods. This is one of them. I don’t know what exact system that device uses. Traditionally it’s electrical. The resistance coil completes the circuit and if the circuit is not complete you get an error. So: if it does use that method, the circuit isn’t completing for some reason. Dirty contacts? Contacts that don’t touch for whatever reason? Broken coil?
