Well thanks for your replies.... in my country vaping is not that popular , this is a brand new industry here... believe or not, vaping is not that cheap here, because of the customs importing process... :p ... 28% taxes + shipping. a pack of analog cigarretes is about US$3.50 and a pack of 5 e-nicotine cartridge is about $15... there are no e-liquids (yet) because you have to ask for pharmaceutical / liquids permission add $30 more...and so on....

I'm a V2 user mostly because cartridges are well packed and documented (and I really like their flavors) ; they're a lot easy to import compared with other more generic brands...and I save some money with coupons.

For us in latinamerica, analog smoking is really cheap, compared to guys from North America or Europe, it;s like the oppossite. it's crazy.

Same boat here.... but healt is first....

May be in short time all will change.... hope....

Thanks for you answer. It's not long at all.

A question of my own: how do people view smoking in El Salvador? Here it's frowned on, but it sounds more acceptable there? Is there an anti-smoking movement?

Here's a photo from our president smoking

Smoking in El Salvador and Central America is a lot more acceptable than other countries, from my perspective, it's all about education and business. Let me tell you a little story about workers and third world countries...

Third World Countries (development countries as they call us now) experienced a lot of human explotation since we were invaded and conquered, "campesinos" ( country workers ) never had access to education or other cultural benefits. Sooner they came to cities looking for opportunities because they were starving out there in this new globalization golden era; so the "Big Families" started to create companies or business such as "maquilas" and offered jobs to this people, working 12, 14, 16, 18 hours per day for let's say $200 bucks a month which is about $200 / 30 / 8 = $0.83 per hour. Shame. So the idea here is NO EDUCATION MORE WORKERS.... MORE COUNTRY WORKERS , MORE SMOKERS. Why? because people rather smoke than eat. I'm not lying it's true. If you can ask what a worker eat at lunch, he would probably say " a cigarette and a cup of coffee ", a piece of bread and a cigarette. Somehow tobacco calmed people down at day and alcohol put you happy at night. So my grand-grandfather, and grandfather they are grew smoking a lot. As I said before, cigarettes and beer are cheap. So 90% (I would say) of my generation grew breathing smoke. Somehow I smoked since I was born.

Now, people went to college, the Internet is here also and we have more access to know that SMOKING KILLS but I think there will be from 3 to 5 generation until smoking can be seen as a bad habit.

P.D. obvioulsy "english" is not my native language... but I'm trying to do my best here. jejeje.
