I smoked analogs for roughly 10 years now....I'm 28 now and started when I was 18.

I've used eCigs in the past (Pen style) and it didn't really get me off the analogs. I still went back to them or used them to supplement the eCig when it was charging..

I recently purchased a new vape! I have been analog free for two days now. I'm trying to avoid the major triggers for the first week. So far not so bad...

I'm vaping Copius Crunch from Simply E-juice which is made local.

Good luck on your journey. I'm at five days myself and day 3 was the worst of the lot.

I now have back ups to my back ups.

My back up to my back up is in the mail :happy dance: First vape-mail!

It was for me, but other people have other experiences. Luckily I live close to a B&M and just ambled over and picked up a higher nic level and rode it out. YMMV. Best of luck and keep drinking water (or my fave, decaf/herbal blend iced tea) :)

Sounds good! I'm vaping 6mg and it seems to be doing the trick....:)

Thank you for the kind words!

Welcome and good luck on your journey. I started off just like you with the pen styles a few years ago but this time around I decided to commit to vaping and picked up a mod... (three weeks later i now have 4 .. yikes) I'm only a few days ahead of you in this journey but it will get a lot easier and the benefits of quitting cigs will soon start to show and you'll feel so much better. Just like Kivrin mentioned though, drink lots of water. Stay hydrated. It helps!

That's what it takes for most folks.....a good set up helps withdraw from the other addicting chemicals in the analogs.

Combine a good set up with a good flavored juice and there is no looking back to the coffin nails.

I hope you can stay off the cigarettes too..!
