If you were willing to DIY (without nicotine) you could pick up some PG, VG & Menthol crystals at Singapore Soap.

You can get PG, VG & Menthol Crystals at Singapore Soap. I've read that Lorann and some TFA flavorings are available locally. I don't have a source for them.

Not all of their flavoring are safe to vape with.

If you do a search when you are in the SG Forum (the search box is at the top of the page, right hand side, under your name) you may be able to find sources in some of the older threads. Search TFA, Lorann, DIY or whatever you are interested in.
