I think you are mistaken @lihao for what kind of a website this is..

We help people who are new to vaping answer their questions on vaping, give advice on gear and coil building and more..

What we aren't, is some kind of meet up point for finding runners of illegal goods in your area. Your looking in the wrong place for what you seem to want.. for real.

Chill and back up. The Singapore vapors have their own subforum to discuss the issues they have in their country.
