On a regulated box like the Subox the coil resistance is irrelevant in terms of the amp draw on the battery, only the wattage.
For your device you need a good quality 20 amp CDR battery like the Samsung 25R or the LG HG2. The batteries you have are probably a 20 amp CDR, but I cannot say for certain. The 2400 mAh version was tested ok by Mooch, so your 2200 mAh version should comparable. Get some better ones when you can.

+1. At 25 watts, it's probably safe, but probably is all I can say. Ten amp batteries worry me in vape gear, although they are ok at low wattages; I would not exceed 25watts on those batteries. That makes roughly an 8 amp draw, or 80% of your battery's rated ampacity. You really should look in to some quality 20A batteries as soon as you can. @sonicbomb posted Mooch's recommended battery chart above; any of the 18650 batteries on it will be fine. You'll see best battery life between charges with the LG HG2s or Samsung 30Qs. Your machine really doesnt need 30A batteries unless you want to run it at maximum watts all the time, in which case I would recommend the Sony VTC4s as the best combination of safety, battery life and cost. I am on my tablet and linking is a pain, but I can recommend RTDVapor.com, Orbtronic.com and Illumn.com as reputable suppliers with fair prices and good customer service who sell authentic batteries.

Yea, I think I might take these back today and just order some myself. I was hesitant to order any online because I've heard about rewrapped low quality batteries. Right now I only have the one battery and I have to charge it through the device. Which means being tethered to a wall if I want to vape while it's charging. I'm not comfortable with this for multiple reasons. So I mainly just want 1 backup battery. These were a 2 pack for $20. So i thought' Ok Cool!' I'm glad I checked with you all first I don't want to spend a lot on a battery but I'd rather spend $20 on one quality battery than on 2 POS batteries. Thanks for all the input everyone!

I don't know if they'll take them back, but having a spare is a lot easier than being tethered. You'll need a charger. The three suppliers I mentioned-- I'm home now, here's the links: Orbtronic, Illumn, RTDVapor -- usually offer bundles of a pair of batteries and a charger, so look around. The charger brands I like best are Nitecore and Xtar. They both make 1, 2, and 4-bay chargers, with LED indicators or with LCD screens; the former are fine, the latter give you better data about your batteries and cost an extra buck or two each. I'd suggest a 2-bay if you have a 1-battery mod. I like the Nitecores slightly better than the Xtars, but that's me; others differ. The chargers can be safely bought on eBay from top rated sellers. They have an authentication sticker on the box you can check online. But buy the batteries from one of those people and know you will get authentic plus, as a freebie, a plastic storage box if you order in pairs. If you're planning on carrying a spare battery with you, don't carry it loose in the pocket where it can short on keys or change. Use a battery sock or battery condom, available at those retailers, like this:
