Depends on your local laws and whether customs is diligent in checking parcels that are coming into the country. If you're in a location where vaping is banned, you import at your own risk.

E cigs are legal in Malaysia, as you know. As far as I know electronic products are not subject to duty, but whether e cigs are classed as such I do not know. Any of the larger suppliers will have dealt with buyers in your country many times, and will know how to proceed.

You always run risks importing vape devices to Asia. A friend has had success having them shipped as computer parts, but don't take that as a recommendation.
