That's a hell of a price for an iStick but under the circumstances that could be worse.
Would I pay £50 in a country where only the Nicotine is the grey area in regards to legal importation - yes, probably. I'd not like it, no.
Knowing what I know now, I'd probably try to import a few direct from China. They'd be about AUS $33
The person who sold it to you probably paid around AUD $25-30
What does AUD $65 buy you in real terms in Australia? Can you fill up your car or buy most of a week's shopping for a light eater?

Hi there again DJ, Thanks for following through with my querie. Firstly, yes you are bang on the mark. My car takes 50 litres to fill, at about A$1.30 p/l = A$65. Yes, I'm aware it is illegal in Australia to sell/buy/possess nicotine for the purpose of vaping. The cynic in me believes this it because they haven't worked out a way to tax it yet. To put it in perspective, I can buy a packet of (20) cigarettes in Asia for less than A$2 however with taxes/levies etc, the same pack costs upwards of A$20 here. I have looked at a few online sites in Asia, yes, they are cheaper than 'retail' here but when I add the approx A$33 shipping cost (FedEx), to me, it isn't worth risking the item being seized by Customs. Also, if I get a dud item from here I can fling it across the counter at the seller and hold my hand out for the refund. I've been seriously 'burnt' with internet purchases from Asia in the past so am wary of dealing with that part of the world unless I can be certain of receiving authentic product. Thanks again for taking the trouble to reply. Prior to now I've only had the local retailer's version of 'facts' to guide me. Am so pleased I've discovered this forum so early in my vaping journey. I hope you enjoy it! The people are great and helpful I’ve had many people help me through the early years of vaping and the latter once I wanted to get into more advanced stuff such as DIY e-liquid. The best part about ECF is that there is people with all levels of vaping experience and all of them are more than happy to help with any questions you may have.
Look on Fasttech. If they call it 'Authentic' it is. 100% (We call it FT in the UK, for short)

I am registered on there, but you won't find me - I am under a pseudonym. It dates back from when Liberty Flights were price gouging Australians with perfectly legal products (the hardware) and 'grey area' products - the bottles of e-liquid.
I would be most surprised if you can't get it sorted with Fasttech.
UPDATE. The Aussie Vapers forum seems quite aggressive with pop ups and nasty automatic links. Check your AV/malware is turned on.
EFUN TOP seems to have a presence. Fasttech less so (??)
