I'm Isabelle from Germany and even if I'm new in vaping (since 3 month) I'm totally passionated about the creative possibilities of my new hobby:wub:

At the moment I'm vaping my taifun on my provari and will try my new flavors tonight.
Happy to be in the biggest forum worldwide as vapors from all continents should communicate and cooperate these days I think.:thumb:

See you!

Isabelle

Hello Isabelle @IsaLoves2Vape , and welcome to the ECF forums! You have some very nice equipment, you have gotten good advice! WE are happy you are in the biggest forum worldwide, and that you feel as you do about vaping as well. What part of Germany, if I may ask? I only ask, as my Father is from Munster.

You are the 2nd Isabelle to join in two days! I love the name, an Isabelle was my high school crush, but that was rather LONG ago.. ;)

I hope to see you around!

Thanks for your kind reply ad your nice words!
I used to live in the south of Germany near Freiburg but I since my studies I live in Aachen, situated directly at the border to Belgium and the Netherlands. Where are you coming from if I may ask? :)
I got all advice from the little german sister of this forum but I am more a reader than a writer...

:) I am currently in Michigan, the American state shaped like a mitten. But I have traveled a great deal in Germany, and yes, Munster (can't get the umlauts on my machine) is a DELIGHTFUL little city. I have been many times.

There is a Kolleg there, named after a long gone member of my family lineage. SO much history! My Opa and Oma lived on a street, Grune Gasse, in the Old Town. It got that name, after being walled in during the Black Plague. When the wall came down it was completely overgrown with vegetation. SO many interesting stories like that!

My father grew up there as a child. It was heavily bombed in the war, being a railroad capital. In the final days, they wanted everyone to take a rifle, and he fled to the woods. He was discovered there by the Americans. He took such a liking to them, after the war when he was old enough, he moved here. :) When I visit Germany, I sometimes wish he had stayed. SO lovely. But then, I might not have happened. ;)

What an interesting story! So, actualy you are a result of the postwar period. And so am I a my father was a canadian soldier based in Germany. Such is life :) And it is enriching to have a special connection to an other country and culture.
Bis bald und fröhliches Dampfen!

Oooooh, I missed him earlier - Herr Fluegel ist auch sehr gut! (forgive my pathetic German.... It's been close to 40 years.....)

We should be honest, and tell Isabelle that DCFluegel is our Brother from another Mother, and you are our Sister from another Mister. We are family, not of blood, but of sweat and tears, yes. :)
