I really appreciate all the ideas, what I think ill do on Tuesday is go to some of the local shops have a chat and see what they got/can do. and instead of going for the offers on liquid, try and do the samples.
Re flavors: FYI, I was a menthol smoker, so when I switched, my first juice flavor was.... menthol, of course! Loved the flavor! Didn't realize it at the time, but it was menthol *without* tobacco flavoring. Several months into vaping, I was sent a sample of cola juice. To my surprise, I loved the flavor! (even if there was no menthol in it) Tried bakery flavors. Bleh. Tried fruit. Loved them! Pear and apricot are two of my regulars now. A few weeks ago, tried bakery again. Now "cream cheese frosting" is one of my new regulars.
Moral of the story: Your taste will change over time. Even if you don't like one flavor now, keep it! Try it again in a month. You never know....
Also, once you find your "regulars," keep them on hand in various strengths. Some vapers (me, for instance) need higher nic levels when they're stressed, lower levels before sleep. One of the joys of vaping is that you can tailor your juice to suit specific times and circumstances.
