Welcome!

I think you'll find that you feel like you're vaping a whole lot more than you smoked, especially in the beginning. Our bodies absorb the nicotine differently.

When I first started vaping I would try and vape like I smoked. It took me about 10 pulls to finish a cig so I tried to apply that same logic to vaping. It didn't work. I felt like I needed more.

Now, I vape until I feel satisfied and I'm still not getting the same amount of nic in my bloodstream but that's ok.

HI,

I just got a V3 Aspire ET Spinner Kit 1300mah and been smoking for almost 30 years.

I have one question, when you use your e-cig, how many puff do you take? When you smoke its easy, you smoke until your cig is done, but with an e-cig its a bit different ;) I dont want to take too much or too little.

Thanks.

Very nice starter kit!
Don't worry about the puffs... take as many as you feel like. You'll find that your body knows when you need another puff.
It's also going to matter what nicotine level you have. I smoked 1 1/2 packs a day for around 20 years. I started with 36mg/ml nicotine and that was good for me... I'm now down to 6mg/ml after 5 years of vaping... probably could have dropped to 0 nic by now, but I don't wanna!

If you start getting sweaty, hot, hiccups, etc... then you're getting too much nic and need to set down the vaporizer for a little while. If you are not experiencing any of these symptoms, then you're good to go.

If you're addicted to nic AND vaping, it might be a good idea to keep a tank of 0mg handy to vape without the nic. I know when I was quitting, I would feel like I need to chain smoke when I was driving, yet got to a point where I knew I had too much nic in me. Listen to your body and you'll be fine. Vaping isn't like smoking alcohol, the effects are very apparent as they are happening.
