New here, So I've been vaping the Nautilus for about a year now and just now getting sick of burning through coils every few days :-x Want to get better flavor and clouds. Don't have any patience and too much ADD to DIY. Looking for a Sub Ohm tank. Thinking of getting an IPV4s 120W battery and was gonna go with the Uwell before I found out how much juice it blows through. Is there a great sub ohm tank out there, that gets good flavor and cloud, that doesn't eat through liquid. Which good one out there eats less, etc. Read a lot of reviews but they don't have a top list for not burning through juice. ;) Probably a shot in the dark for this upcoming sub ohm tank tech. But wth?

This new tank is my birthday present to me btw

Hello @ShaggySparx , and welcome to the forum.

I would have to say finding a Sub tank that doesn't guzzle is probably impossible. I have a few of the Kanger Subtank Mini's and love them for flavor and they put out more vapor than the Nautilus... but it guzzles. One nice part about the Kanger Subtank is you can buy the factory vertical coils in .5 and 1.5 ohms. The build deck is easy to coil your own (with a little wire and some cotton it's easy) to save money. They have nickel coils for the subtank now so using it on the TC mod would work well for you (or you can buy the wire etc..)

Good luck.

Hello and welcome to the forum @ShaggySparx. Glad to have you here!:)

Is a Sub-Ohm Tank Right For You? <= Link

You could look at the Kanger Subtank Mini.

Using the 0.5Ω horizontal coil (at 40 watts) I run through 10 mls/day. Whereas, with the UWell Crown tank using a 0.25Ω coil (at 90 watts) I would run through 40+ mls/day.

Needless to say, I don't use the Crown tank all day. It's my "dessert" vape.

Hey shaggy, love the name bro. I have to add to everyone else here, sub-ohm almost always means more juice. If you have more clouds then you need fluid to make them. I am new here also but have been vaping on and off since 2002, but now consistently for 3 years. I also have ADHD but I do DIY my mech of choice right now is a francenstien that is made from a old metal tube peices of a flashlight and av cables but it hits hard, my Atty is also diy with a .6 ohm build and red efest 18650s. I just ordered a smokles owl and terminater squak box off focalecig. I'm pretty stocked.

Welcome to ECF, the Subtank mini does seem to be the logical change for you, the question is how much juice is too much?

Before I modded I would go through 4-7ml a day, now I go through 7-15ml a day on my subtank mini but I only vape high vg/3 mg nico, also I modded my OCC coils to suck more juice for bigger vapor/flavor production at higher than recommended wattage's... and of course I chain vape all day.

With a 50/50 mix the stock coils should last over a week some people get 2-3 weeks out of them.
