Hi and welcome to the board. It's not easy to recommend gear without more information. How much do you smoke? Where are you located? However, for new users, an iStick 30 or an iStick 40TC, plus an Aspire nautilus or Kanger Subtank is usually a good place to start. For juice, you'll have to find some you like, which can be frustrating as you try different brands. In the US, many vape shops have "tasting bars" where you can try the various kinds they sell. if that's available to you, I recommend it. Your nicotine level will depend on how much you smoke. 10 cigarettes or less, start about 12mg of nicotine. 10-20, try 18mg. Over 20, start at 24. Be prepared to adjust as you go along. There are more options than anyone can imagine.
As long as it works, it's a good e-cig.
Sadly, in the US and UK (Europe), most of the 'top' brands actually sell bad e-cigs which don't really work. I spent $800 on products which did not work. I can thank Mr Google for those mistakes.
