Have been a lurker for a while now and decided to join in now been vaping for about 2 years now. Decided to start vaping because even though i had quit smoking for over 15 years i found i was smoking cigars far too regularly for it to be more than a just a luxury, so started vaping and never looked back

down to 12 mg now from 24 and probably lower now i am doing lung hits
