So, if I am not mistaken, setting my Alien Mod to a Wattage of 70 to get the amp I do the following...

70/2=35
35/3.2=10.94 amps per battery

Or simply put, 70/6.2=10.94

So coil doesn't matter. I can run the baby beast using T8 coils between 60-80 watts and still be well under my 20amp limit.

80/2=40/3.2=12.5 amps per battery

Does it appear that I have figured out the math right? I tried really hard to understand Mooch'a thread on calculating amp draw on a regulated mod.

Should I decide to run the Big Beast at 140 I would be pushing close to the limits of the 20 amp batteries

140/2=70
70/3.2=21.88 (over the 20 amp limit )

So unless I am using 30 amp batteries I cannot use the Big Beast. I now have a set of Sony 2600 mAh VTV5 which Mooch has rated for 20 amps.

So the Big Beast gets taken out of use and I will just have to carry a bottle of my e-juice and refill as needed.

Sound right? Did I learn how to do the math for safe vaping?

Once again, to many of you, this is like beating a dead horse. But honestly, one can't be too safe when their face and eyes are at risk.
