Do you know of any diy tobacco e juice recipes for a beginner with 12 mgm unflavored nicitine and tobacco flavoring?

I don't tend to use tobacco flavours so can't come up with a recipe for you. Have you checked the DIY E-liquid section DIY E-Liquid? You may find something there, otherwise it's probably the best place to ask.
