You'd think but I haven't been able to find anything. Using vapes and vape juice is apparently ok/legal in Mexico but not selling it.

Haha. Turns out that the number for that vape place in Puerto Vallarta doesn't work and I can't find another number so assume they're history but thanks. If anyone knows a place to buy vape juice in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico pls let me know, mucho gracias!
Mexico banned importing & selling e cigs/vaping stuff including liquids in 2015.
Ive never had any trouble taking any amount with me, but as far as buying liquid or any supplies in Mexico I doubt it, all the shops I know of closed long ago.
You can try mail order, I imagine customs lets some slip through occasionally.

Crazy, almost everything goes in Mexico such as knockoff DVD's but no vaping. Assume the cigarette companies don't want it.

I have also found that apparently, you can buy via websites, such as US based sites, but you might want to look into that more thoroughly.
And being a cheeky sort.. I sent a tweet to El Presidente, and just asked. No answer yet. He probably has other things to do that walk around tweeting like a maniac on his iphone.
