Hi Nico welcome to ECF! Congrats on switching to vaping that's great. Baditude has given you some great resources. As long as you are sure your Sony battery is authentic, I don't think you will have issues with your build and wattage. Sometimes cells are rewrapped, so it is wise to exercise caution. Where did you get your battery? Was it new and what battery life are you getting?

Most of all, welcome to ECF. :)

Hi Anna, well I think my battery's are authentic I buy them from a trusted loco vape store here in my town. Now for battery life, I vape awot by awot I mean esely 450 puffs a day, on that run my battery's life is about 2 days. I vape 8ml during the day. Is this normal? Taking a par that I'm addicted to my juice :vapor: O and sorry four my bd English

Yeah, my vaping differs a bit from day to day depending on what I'm doing. I'd say that "tracking that" in the beginning may give you an artificially inflated number. Most new vapers vape more in the beginning and going through detox.

8 ml seems fairly reasonable to me, although it somewhat depends on your nic level. Sub0hmers tend to go through more juice (with lower nicotine though) than MTL vapers who are inhaling far less vapor per puff, and with higher nicotine strength. So, quite often, nicotine intake may be even, even if mls (and especially puffs, which are a bit misleading as everyone vapes slightly differently) are different.

If you aren't getting nic overload sx, I wouldn't really worry too much about juice, yours seems to me to be totally in the "average" range and etc.

I vape between 4 - 8 ml a day. I know that is a wide variance. Still trying to figure that one out.

In other words, whatever works for you is normal.
So because I'm steel new vaper, before I buy my rta I use a tank who come with my kit (baby beast v8) and on that time I vape only 4 ml a day. Now with the rta is double, I was thinking is too much. What nicotine straight u vape? Again sry for my bad English.

Well some throat irritation in the beginning is normal. If you are taking many drags consecutively, that could irritate your throat more if the vapor is heating up significantly. However, it shouldn't "remain" painful.

I would make sure you drink a lot of water, it's possible your nic is too high, that you are trying to vape more "vapor" than your body wishes to (I wasn't able to sub0hm at all in the beginning and I'm still not fond of it. I started out at 12 m.g. though, but even lowering it was just too much for me. I also had a PG sensitivity which can cause sore throat and etc. I'd say it's probably too soon to tell. Lower your nic more if needed, maybe look at slightly lower wattage and hence less vapor "production" and see how that goes.

I'd give it some time though before you assume you have a PG sensitivity, but if that is the case, (later, after you try some other things) you could look at whether less PG in your juice helps.

But, some sore throat and etc. is also not entirely unheard of, at all, as you are transitioning. Keeping hydrated (and time) should help those matters. Etc.
