Well some throat irritation in the beginning is normal. If you are taking many drags consecutively, that could irritate your throat more if the vapor is heating up significantly. However, it shouldn't "remain" painful.
I would make sure you drink a lot of water, it's possible your nic is too high, that you are trying to vape more "vapor" than your body wishes to (I wasn't able to sub0hm at all in the beginning and I'm still not fond of it. I started out at 12 m.g. though, but even lowering it was just too much for me. I also had a PG sensitivity which can cause sore throat and etc. I'd say it's probably too soon to tell. Lower your nic more if needed, maybe look at slightly lower wattage and hence less vapor "production" and see how that goes.
I'd give it some time though before you assume you have a PG sensitivity, but if that is the case, (later, after you try some other things) you could look at whether less PG in your juice helps.
But, some sore throat and etc. is also not entirely unheard of, at all, as you are transitioning. Keeping hydrated (and time) should help those matters. Etc.

I will follow your advice and low the nicotine level and see how it goes. I don't vape at high wattage 24w and don't like hot vape, maybe the flavor cause this because is new flavor that i trying we see.
