I never smoked before, I just turned 21 this April and hoping to get my life experience to a new level, so I want to start to vape. But I guess it won't be much, just some puffs per week.
For budget I would say USD 100. And I'm currently located in US where I could find many vape shops.

If you haven't smoked before, whatever you do don't get anything with Nicotine.

So stay with 0% Nicotine, best option there would be shortfills as they're called that you can source locally or online.

I do have a dilemma between nicotine and no nicotine. But a friend who vape keeps telling me it does less harm than smoke, so I think maybe I could have a try. If it isn't my type, I will consider to quit. And thanks for your shortfills advise!
