As you already know......... "vaping devices and solutions are illegal in Mexico." and "Mexico has banned the sale of vaping devices."
No one on the ECF can, or should, help you "bypass" Mexican law.
I know, not what you wanted to hear but...... it is what it is.

I've used to do it quite a bit. But, the last time was kind of sketchy.
