I wouldn't go as far as to say it indicates nicotine OD, but hiccups are a symptom of nicotine ingestion. You may want to check your vaping gear to make sure you aren't getting liquids in your mouth, or your vaping style to make sure you aren't "gulping" your vape and swallowing it rather than inhaling it.

10. Hiccups
Hiccups are reported to be a symptom of nicotine OD, for some people. Because of this, and their common occurrence, they are also known as the 'niccups'. The idea that they may result from an alternative delivery path for the nicotine, via the mouth or gullet (i.e. swallowing it), is attractive to some people.

Hiccups are reported to be experienced by smokers and tobacco users, and are said to be more common among those who use chewing tobacco, Snus, or dissolvable tobacco tablets. It is further suggested that they swallow tobacco juice and hiccups may result. They are not common among pipe and cigar smokers, who are less likely to inhale or swallow smoke, or users of nasal snuff.

Well, ain't that the damnedest thing. I always wondered why I got the hiccups sometimes when I smoked analogs. The only recourse was to stop smoking for a while.
Its going to be a good day because I learned something new today and I've only been awake for a hour.

My wife still hiccups from time to time after a vape session. We have looked up why plenty of times and the best possible answer i found was something about condensation in the airway. Really no big deal though.

That make a lot of sense , when I exhale through my nose there is condensation .. Make sense..

Hiccups is one of the recognized symptoms of nicotine overdose. Be careful--if you begin to also feel dizzy, sweaty or your heart is racing--stop!

What's the strength of your juice and how much are you vaping?

I'm using 18 mg.. And trying to vape every hour or so .. I'm fresh from analogs ... Lol. Still want those things .. Like down to 3 or 4 a day from a pack a day.

I would like to see the reference for that one that specifically says nicotine OD to the exclusion of nicotine ingestion. Phrasing it as a symptom of nicotine overdose implies you need medical intervention. If you get hiccups from using Nicorette they tell you to quit chewing it so much and they will pass - not tell you you are overdosing, need to be on the line with poison control, and heading to the emergency room for a stomach pump. For this purpose overdose implies you ate an entire box of nic-o-gum, versus failed to follow the usage instructions. One is a problem, one is a minor annoyance.
