Hello, all.

I figured I'd ask this in general, as opposed to the review section, as this isn't a review. I have 2 flavors from High Caliber; Cherry Limeaid, and Banana Nut Bread. Both of them have distinctly different flavors in real life, but both of these flavors, when vaping, have the exact same taste. It is this nasty, almost burnt weed taste. I'm not burning my coils or anything(Both brand new EVODS were used in testing, as well as my trust BCC mega). It is just the juices. I've left them both alone around a month, and tried them this morning and still get the same thing.

My question here is, is this with all High Caliber liquids? Do any of you have experience with this company, these flavors specifically? Both are in 12mg nic levels, with 50/50 PG/VG mixes.

I started with all High Caliber Juice as that was all that was available locally. Both the B&M's here stocked it. There are only a few flavors that I really liked so I pretty much stuck to them, Tried quite a few but not those two in particular. The strawberry shortcake, blue raspberry and watermelon are my wife's favorites. They are too sweet for me. I like their Fire Cured Virginia tobacco that's about it. My advise is if it's been that long it probably won't benefit from steeping.

I bought some high caliber early on in my vaping journey, my opinion is, it's cheap stuff. Most of them that i tried in the store tasted the same, they were very "chemical" tasting.

The good news is there's a wealth of companies to buy from, who are excellent.

Check out Mt baker vapors online. the juice is inexpensive but the quality IMO are great! Plus a whole boat load of flavors to choose from!
Im vaping Guava and Arnold palmer right now at a 5050 pgvg ratio with 1 shot flavor. Man it's some good stuff, Born an raised on Kaua'i so guava flavor hits home really hard.

Another vendor I've heard good feedback from is Zeus juice. Lots too choose from and still inexpensive. But the juice reviews are all SOLID from what i read!

Is DIYing hard? A lot of equipment involved?

It can be as easy as mixing A with B and bam done.
A being a base, those are commonly sold with various mg/ml of nicotine in them as well as various VG/PG consistency.
B being a flavoring concentrate.
You mix them in the order of 90% base, 10% flavoring, dont need any equipment, can even eyeball it as you drip both straight in the atty. And done, you're ready to vape it.

Of course there is a lot more to be learned, a lot better methods to be used but to end up with something completely unvapeable is rather difficult.
