My orders have shipped fast, everything was perfect. The free juice samples have been a nice as I've ordered new flavors that I might not have had I not tasted the freebies! Butter Pecan is an example. Ordered 30ml last order! I haven't had any issues with leaking bottles. The only thing I might mention in their attempt to replace the type of bottle is that some of the hard plastic 10ml bottles are too hard to squeeze. Seems you have to find a 'sweet spot' but I have one that I can't find one lol! Would be nice if they could find some that are a little softer to squeeze
