I am planning on buying a kayfun mini 2.1 and im looking for the the highest drain 14mm solution possible. From what i see the only options are 10440 mods and ego batteries. I want to use a LR cotton microcoil.

Will a good 10440 battery handle more amps than your standard ego? I'm looking at the precise+ 10440 mod.

Are there any ego batteries that out preform ego c/ego c twist? Also do different mah egos have different amp limits?

Are there any other 14mm options?

Low resistance micro coils on small batteries is just asking for trouble.

I was thinking 1.4 1.5 ohms, I thought that was considered LR. That should keep it under the 3 amp limit of the egos. Nothing sub ohm or anything. Is there any reason a 1.5 ohm micro coil would be different from a regular wrap?

No reason at all. All the battery cares about is amps drawn. In my experience eGo's don't like to go much lower than around 1.5 ohms. Too low and they shut down and you have to put them on the charger for a few seconds to bring them back.

I vape a 14500 mech exclusively. The size and form factor suit my needs best. But, I also go through a lot of batteries each day. May turn out to be too much bother for some and that should be considered before investing a lot of money.

May I ask what batteries you use? I recently picked up a GP 14500 mod (which is great) but I only have protected batteries, which won't fire anything with a low enough resistance to get a good vape. I'm wondering what the highest drain 14500 battery is... it seems most are around 700-900 mah, which is fine, as most of my 18350's are in that range too, and last me a good chunk of the day at work.

I don't mind carrying a bunch of batteries, I usually have a bag with me. Its just hard to be discreet with a 22mm 18650 mod. I do need to invest in a 14500 mod and will once i purchase a euforia. I like the look of that PiculiSci. I haven't taken the leap into gennys yet but it seems like a quality little rba.

I've found the best way to be "discreet" (without using a mini ego, around 400 mAh) is to use a very small 18350 mod. The easier it is to conceal it in your hand the better. Length is much more of a factor for conceal-ability than diameter, and a 14500 is always going to be longer than an 18350!
