Sorry if you can't see your supplies on here any longer but you can go to your usual Suppliers and get what you need, we don't (and can't) control what is seen on other sites.
Traders have their own private forums here, they are invisible to Members of course. There, they can do trade deals out of the public eye, which they need to do.
Why we had to do this
We have been juggling with a lot of legal issues lately and these have the potential to cause massive problems for us. As far as Members are concerned, this is a simple forum site and there are no problems for people on it or even the people running it. This is a mile away from the truth of the matter and we have to protect ourselves in
three areas: the extremely litigious modern climate, the looming issue of product liability which most certainly does affect us, and the regulatory climate (ie legal situation) in many countries.
We have taken a decision that we cannot control what is on other sites - which is just a basic fact, and incontestable - but we can control what is seen here and therefore affects us. In that area, we have to stop some things being seen on ECF as I'm sure you recognise. We took the decision to limit nicotine strength advertised to retail customers, as higher strengths can't be legally shipped to you in any case. It is obviously still available at your preferred Supplier/s as before, so our policy does not affect you.
A Supplier can still advertise here "High-strength nicotine liquid" because that could mean anything, even 24mg from some Suppliers; but they cannot advertise any stated figure of over 36mg. It's a legal safety net for us and should not affect you.
Your best bet is to do everything in your power to stop government attacking the human rights of consumers by sentencing them to a return to
tobacco and death, not complaining to us about it all. We are in the same position as you, but much more visible than you and therefore much more likely to be the subject of unwanted attention. Don't complain to us about unjust laws enacted by the corrupt and the ignorant, do something about it.
