Highbrow? How do I open the bottle?

I got my highbrow juice today. It has a child proof cap. It seems to be the same one that everyone uses... but when I pressdown and twist nothing happens... so how do I open it?

I've wondered that myself. I mean, if I can figure them out, chances are a kid could figure it out faster.
