Highbrow Vapor. Wow!

So I finally got through the rest of the samples I got for Highbrow's juices. Based on just the 1 ml samples, I'm beyond impressed with this vendor. Every single flavor I got was pretty much one of the best of that flavor I've tried so far.

From their apple, citrus, coffees, chocolate, coconut, vanilla, and even green tea, every flavor has been great. I was very wary of the green tea especially because teas are so hard to get right. I'm not a fan of strong floral vapes and teas are by nature floral, but somehow they made a tea vape that I enjoy.

I'm a bit stunned that every single sample I got for this vendor was good. Even from vendors I really like, I find more misses than hits.

Unfortunately, I have so many juices coming from so many vendors that I bought the last few days that I won't get around to ordering some more Highbrow to try for a while.

Maybe it's a good thing they didn't have a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale or else I would have sunk even more money into e-juice than I have so far.

I've been a Highbrow fan since I started vaping, well over a year ago. I just think they're awesome.

These guys definitely have their own style, and I really like their approach to mixology. Their flavors all seem very grown-up to me, and I love that. Their customer service is great, too; even their website is a pleasure.

Guess this just shows how folks taste in juice varies so much. I ordered from them about a year ago and found the juice to be TERRIBLE - unvapable IMO. But I've also found juice taste can vary so much depending on PV, atty, coil, voltage, PG/VG ratio etc ... sooo many variables. The same juice with a different setup can taste completely different. Each has to find what suits them best and that journey can be expensive & frustrating. I've wasted lots of $$$ ordering juice that folks raved about on this forum that was a disappointment to me. So now I mostly just do diy and make up small experimental batches until I find something I really like.

Highbrow Vapor puts out a good product and I've never had a problem with them tweaking some flavors for me. Cappuccino Diablo used to be one of my favorite coffee vapes (sweetened with extra cream) but my taste buds went through a change and I can no longer enjoy it. No, it's not the dreaded vaper's tongue because this has lasted 6+ months. I really like their Strawberry Lemonade as well.

This is true.

When I was using cartos and tanks, The Vapor Room and Ahlusion were favorites because their flavors are bold enough to stand up to a little muting. Since I've switched to RDAs, Highbrow and Virgin Vapor have moved to the top my list, and I've noticed that a couple of other venders' juices suddenly seem a lot more interesting as well. (I won't mention the ones that suddenly taste a great deal worse.)

I definitely agree about juices being totally subjective. There are a couple of very highly regarded vendors who I've ordered multiple samples from and didn't like any of their flavors.

Being burned by glowing recs is why I will only order cheap samples of juices I've never tried before. Unfortunately, Highbrow doesn't offer samples themselves and the ones you can get from eliquidsamples.com are only 1ml. Without the samples from eliquidsamples.com, I probably would have never tried this vendor in the first place.

I do wish all vendors offered affordable sample packs in a 5ml size. 5ml is a good amount to let you vape something for a bit to see how you like it over a period of time. It's also enough to try the juice in different hardware to see how that affects the taste. Even 3ml would be OK.

Highbrow Pure Pear, is just amazing.

I like a couple of their juice, but its the fruit juices that stand out as amazing, because of how real they taste. Highbrow is another vendor on the small but slowly growing list of mixers who make their own flavors and extracts, and their fruit flavors just shine because of it.

They've also got a nice Creme Brulee. Its a different take on a popular flavor profile, and I like what theyve done. Instead of the richer vanilla, they've gone for that overall light sweetness that Creme Brulee has, and it works well.



I do think double flavoring is the way to go, as well as asking for a high VG ratio. But, thats me. You do you.

I like the coconut and peach thymbra (made from real peaches and you can tell!). I haven't tried anything else yet.
