Highly disappointing with Heathers Heavenly Vapes packaging

Maybe I'm just spoiled by every other vendor I've ordered from before, but I'd expect at least some effort into neater packaging for a $100+ order. Instead I got this little paper bag and inside one plastic zip-lock with all 15 bottles mushed in, all covered in the greasy e-liquid that leaked and bottles with just a sticker saying the name of the liquid (no mg/ratio info).

I have ordered from cheap and high traffic vendors before and most of them send in boxes, neatly distributed bottles in different baggies. But this was a bit unappealing to see after a 2 week wait.

The juice smells nice tho, too bad I can't try it due to a flu.

dissapointing e-juice as well. Ordered Shadow with menthol for my girlfriend and it tastes like chocolate, nothing like tobacco, can't taste menthol either.

The bah-in is quite nice tho.

They do the labels like that on purpose for all overseas orders, for countries where importing e-liquid is frowned on. It shouldn't have leaked though, that is too bad.

Leave the caps off for a day or two, then recap and shake them every day for a week. I bet you will find them significantly better

Aww man I just ordered some Shadow along with Legend, Angels Kiss, and Dew. How are the other flavors?

I'm digging the fruit flavors, I have some Angel Kiss which I'll try soon, the smell is not bad.

Legend has the same profile as shadow but less sweet it seems. They like a chocolate chip more than tobacco, I'm disappointed because I've had some great tobacco from AVE and Aroma, this just isn't tobacco. The pirate booty, serendipity and sludge all have the same scent. Will steep and hope for the best I guess

Oh I see that makes sense, never had that before but it makes sense. The leaking seems to be caused by poorly put on drippers, when I take the cap off some have it stuck to the top. Would be better if they at least separated the bottles a little bit rather than all in one bag. My girlfriend made a comment about it being unprofessional looking so I know it's not just me

I have received 10 or so orders from them and never any leakage. Maybe write them a note telling them what happened, ask them to be extra sure the drippers are on tightly? They have great customer service and I am sure they would appreciate the feedback.

For me their simple labelling is a blessing, keeps them out of customs nasty hands. My favorite vendor by far.
Their tobacco juices needs to steep, often a lot. As most are NET's they really needs some time to develop.
Too bad about the leaking, that's a bummer.

^ This is my current issue with Shadow as well. Read a lot of reviews saying smooth-creamy vanilla, but all I get is chocolate, and not a good chocolate at that... I ordered Shadow and Dragon's Fire, among others, but these two taste exactly the same to me. So much so that I wonder if they didn't mess up the order.

Aw come on man, you're ordering ecig juice not perfume! I've gotten plenty of juice in just bubble wrap/an envelope. Didn't bother me one bit. Although, the leaky thing is a bit annoying.

EDIT: I hear that tobacco flavors take notoriously long to steep. Be patient.

This reminds me of a Grateful Dead song Brown Eyed Women... "the bottle was dusty but the liquor was clean".

I love HHV. I think they all taste very similar especially DF, HA, and Shadow. The taste just agrees with me, but they are just different enough to keep it from getting old.

I don't care if they came in a box full of dirt at this point, I just have to have them. Not cool on the leaks though.

The leaking is an issue you should let them know about. If you don't like the juice, that's pretty much just an "oh well".

I'll be getting my first shipment from them in a few hours, and let you know how it came (hopefully, no leaking bottles).

Sounds like they may being insalling the dripper tops with the force of screwing down the cap and it's not always working. I'd let them know about it.

This should have been posted in Negative Reviews in the first place. They aren't allowed to reply to you out here, nor is there any guarantee they'll even see this. HHV is, as are most of the Forum Suppliers, very big on making things right, but they can't do it if they don't know about it.
