Anybody know anything this place...HiLiQ? They have good prices but I've never heard of them.

I got the same email.. looked at the site and while I didn't think the prices were bad for the most part... one area kinda makes me worry...
DIY e-liquid Nicotine Looked at the 1 liter price ($359) and went "No Way!!" as I know it's just over $100 for 1 liter of 100mg at MyFreedomSmokes... From how I read it, that nicotine is not 100mg strength.. it's 990mg... Dangerous!

Sounds like they are selling nicotine in it's (almost) purest form, which is quite irresponsible to be selling for DIY. That should be reserved for labs and such. Is it a good price, of course. Worth the risk? NOT AT ALL!!

After more browsing around, the mentioning of this concentration on these forums is prohibited if tied to a source such as a website. Literally one drop on your skin can cause serious issues, like death. I would suggest you maybe edit your post and remove the source that you referenced.

I'm not trying to be difficult, I just don't want you to unknowingly violate forum rules.

I wish they had it in two liter bottles. How am I supposed to drink out of a one liter bottle? That's just unnatural.

I certainly don't want to violate forum rules either and was not sure but concerned that maybe it was pure nic and I am aware of the possible dangers of handling it. Was hoping someone would know and make me and others aware. In fact, if that is the case seems it would be good for ECF to post a warning about the site.

I'm with you that it's not worth the risk if it's pure but I didn't know for sure.
