Hey guys I'm fairly new to vaping! I'm using a p1309 evod battery and head that is 3.7 watts with a 1.8 ohm atomizer. I just changed out the atomizer and the new one was working fairly well for about 50 hits and now it is starting to taste EXTREMELY burnt and dry. Once I get about 3 hits in it intensifies. Any advice?

sounds like wicking issues. some people report that removing one or both of the flavor wicks in the evod coil head helped with thicker liquids. google 'evod flavor wick' and you will hopefully hit some useful youtube video tutorials. good luck.
Thinking it’s a bad head since it worked okay and then took a dive. Don’t know if it’s a Kanger head or not but their quality control has gone down the toilet lately and I’ve had a number of them do the same as yours is doing. Don’t toss it out and you can rebuild them.
Like a previous person said Kanger / Evod heads have gone down hill lately. Might try switching out wicks. I've had a few bad ones lately.
After two weeks with the same problem found a solution. A small piece of plastic with a resistor that sits on top of the battery. Got it in my local E-cig shop and it works great!
