Nothing to work out. My wife just had the AC on and forgot to switch it to heat before going to bed. I almost never mess with the thermostat. I set up the automatic program when I installed it but she just won't let it run in auto mode. I'm not upset about it but to me it's just an unnecessary hassle to mess with it all the time.

I know, it seemed easier when I was a lot younger and my company moved me to Hong Kong. This feels odd, I think its the 15 month process that this took and finally coming to conclusion.

Just got word from my realtor that the California couple sent in an application for rent on the property I am in. They cannot move in till mid-June so I asked if they will start the lease June 1.
