Good Evening. Hitt a service call sounds fun if you are usually stuck at the office.
Well Costco is almost like it is in the US, like Sams club. I bet 30-40% of the products like the Kirkland stuff is identical to the US version. They do have Spanish stuff but I did pick-up some food items but will go back in the morning to get some refrigerated stuff to take home. Tonight is a wash-out as its raining and my hotel is nowhere near the historic central
area.

Sorry you got rained out PT. The service call went ok. It was about 25 minutes drive time each way. The problem I have with service calls is that very seldom do I have everything I need on hand. In this instance, the machine needs a circuit board that I don't stock so if they want to fix the machine then it's going to take another service call. It would save the customer a couple hundred dollars to just bring the machine in. Not to mention I'm always afraid that I'm going to leave something important behind at the shop and not have it when I need it there.

I know I'm getting paid but probably think about saving the customer money too much. I guess if they want the call then I shouldn't worry about how many trips I have to make. The call this morning was a pretty easy one. I've had some pretty bad ones too.

Got home about an hour ago. Fran, sometimes I do but where we live or for that matter most places we want to visit it would be a pain for parking except for the stores in the suburbs. It would be nice on the freeways or at Costco yesterday but who knows, we may buy an apartment a little further out from downtown with parking. Also, as a resident I would need to go through a driving class and take the test in Spanish to get a driving license. Its easier as a visitor as I could rent a car in Europe with my OK drivers license.

Hitt, yesterday I bought a bag of mini Reese's peanut butter cups (can't find them here), A bag of dehydrated blueberries (only seen them in health food/Eco stores and expensive) and Himalayan pink salt (for my salt grinder). This morning went back and picked up a 4 pack of Ribeyes like I used to buy at Sams club. The nice thing about the Costco was that most things are packaged like the US, that means large quantities but also makes it hard for me to lug home.
Now the meats here in Spain like chicken and pork are great and cheap. Also beef for stir-fry, stews, chili and hamburgers are great and priced liked the US but not falling in love with the steaks (they trim them differently). Of course I don't have an outdoor grill which could be some of the problem.
