I'd say fair on lemon taste so far

I filled a tank and am trying it. I definitely taste the custard but not really tasting the lemon. I also didn't have hazelnut. I'm going to finish this tank and make two more batches for a long steep. One I'm going to use the same percentages and a little more lemon in the second one.

More lemon can't hurt. It's a fast fading flavor.

Cap New York Cheesecake and Vanilla Custard are 2 good ones I can think of. TFA Vanilla Bourbon and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.FA Catalan Cream and Irish Cream,INW Custard is good also.

I ordered the Cap Blueberry cause I found a good sounding cheesecake recipe that calls for it and TPA Bueberry Wild. Can't vouch for it though cause I haven't tried it yet.

The Lemon Pudding is new to me also so I don't hnow how good it is.

Gingerbread Cheesecake
8% TFA cheesecake with Graham
1.5% Cap Gingerbread
5% Cap Graham Cracker
2.5% Whipped Cream (any)

I mix for a light Gingerbread flavor.
