It rained pretty much all day here yesterday. I wasn't able to get out and do anything. Hopefully it'll be dry today. There was a football scrimmage game that got cancelled at the high school and theater in the park got rained out.
I received my insurance bill in the mail Saturday from State Farm and am not happy. Back in May someone from our agent's office contacted me and needed my youngest daughter's grades for the good student discount that we get on her car. Well evidently they screwed it up and the discount wasn't applied so the insurance went up quite a bit. The last few years it's been mistake after mistake and it's just about the straw that broke the camel's back. My wife and I are sick of submitting information and then it doesn't get applied to our account. We both think it's time to go out for quotes and see if we can't find someone that actually does their job and appreciates having customers instead of taking them for granted.
I found out this morning that my agent is out of town but the lady that I sent the grades to in May was there and she is certain that she sent them in to corporate. Evidently corporate dropped the ball this time. I still haven't received a response from corporate about the email I sent them. I'll be curious to hear what they have to say.
