Good morning. Fran how do you estimate how much nic to put in the base mix if you don't know what flavors you're going to add later? I've actually gotten myself down to 12mg so I'd have to mix the base higher so I could add something like strawberry or raspberry later.

I make my nic mix at roughly 6mg. The flavor isn't going to make any big difference.

I was still mixing at 24-32mg until about a year or so ago. I went down to 20mg and have gotten down to 12mg. Even with sub ohm tanks I don't ever see myself going below 12.

I'm not going below 6mg. I have to have some nic or everything tastes flat.

Hubs had his chemo session cancelled again. Blood numbers too low.

I'm sorry to hear that. Was it his white cell count that was low?

Yes. New appointment for Monday now.

It stinks that it’s getting stretched out.

Yes it sure does.Too many trips to the hospital for nothing.

It’s probably a pretty good drive for you too.

20 miles each way. Hubs goes by himself to the long treatments. I go with him on the short ones.

That is a long drive to just turn around and go home. I went to my wife’s chemo treatments but she didn’t have that many.

He doesn't see any sense in me being stuck in there all day. It's a long boring 6 1/2 hours

I understand. That’s longer than hers was.

He has 2 different chemo drugs on the long session.
