Afternoon Fran. It's been a tough day at work so far. Then when I get home I have to mow the lawn again. No rest until much later.
I got it done as soon as I got home to get it out of the way. I’m pretty sore tonight.
I just cleaned out my tank that I had the ny cheesecake in and mixed it about half with it and half cheesecake graham. Still playing around with the ny. If you come up with a good recipe then please share. The ny and raspberry mix turned kind of blah. It was really good at first but it seemed like the purilum raspberry faded.

I haven't really done much with chocolate. I'll have to look to see if I have it. I really need to get another organizer for my flavors. The one I have is full and I've got all my purilum flavors in a box and a bunch of others in different places scattered. How do you organize yours and then be able to find the right ones without going through a whole organizer? I would really like to be able to see the names on the front but am not sure how to do it.
I don't do much with regular chocolate but I like mixing with the White chocolate. It really has no White chocolate taste to me but it's a tad tobacco-ish.At least to me. I like it.
Using a large top kitchen drawer with divided drawer organizer. I try to keep similar flavors together and I make a list of whats in each divider. Not perfect but it saves a lot of searching.
The drawer I'm using is 31 inches on the inside and my dividers take up 28 1/2 inches of that leaving barely room for my mixing pads on the side.The entire divider is packed and I have to find more space somewhere.
Thanks for sharing. I just need to make the effort to get all of them together and do it.
You can't see the dividers in that large section but they're there. I'll see if I can find the ones I used.
