It finally stopped raining yesterday so I should be able to get out and mow today. The lawn work last weekend has paid off and the grass has grown like crazy. My wife and MiL are taking my youngest dress shopping for homecoming later so that should allow some time for mixing.
It’s back to work for me tomorrow. I don’t get much done during the week. Between getting home at 5 and then my daughter has tennis matches 2-3 times a week, there’s not a lot of time left for mixing and such. I keep coils and cotton at work for rebuilding my rtas.
Work is going by quick this morning. No major problems so far except for a part that I ordered that Dayton Freight delivered to Chicago instead of to us in KC.
I was supposed to have it ready for the customer by Wednesday but it doesn't look like that is going to happen.
My wife told me tonight that my oldest quit her job at the movie theater. I’m glad. They have been screwing her around with the schedule since college started back. She has enough money saved to carry her through at least the rest of the semester. She told them way ahead of time that she was in a play the beginning of the semester and had rehearsals five nights a week. They kept scheduling her and then keeping her late to the point where she was late for rehearsal a couple times. She can look for another job after the play is over next month. She did the right thing and gave them two weeks notice.
It’s a college town and there are always jobs available. She is leaving on good terms so that should help. She was working at a Hallmark store on breaks the past couple years so maybe she could get a job at one there.
